The pawsr service ("pawsr") is an online photo- and video-sharing social network provided by Pawsr Ltd. ("Us", "We") to you ("You"). It is currently still undergoing development and any of its aspects, including these Terms and Conditions, may undergo significant changes without any notice. pawsr is intended to provide safe, inclusive and positive environment for all its users (the pawsr "Spirit") and you acknowledge and agree to abide by this Spirit.
We agree to provide You with access to pawsr ("Access") and You may access and use pawsr only if You are eligible to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and You agree to them. In any case, you must be at least 13 years old to access and use pawsr. You agree to use your Access with care and responsibility, and not to misuse, temper with, or otherwise interfere with your Access or any other elements of pawsr.
We reserve the right to withdraw your Access at any time, without notice, at our sole discretion.
We also reserve the right not to provide You with Access, temporarily or permanently, in particular during the current period of product and service development.
You need to create an account ("Account") to access pawsr. The Account creation process involves You providing us with a valid mobile number belonging to You and linked to a connected smartphone access device owned by You. We adopt a verification process of the mobile number You provide as a mandatory condition to create the Account. You agree to complete this verification process responsibly and not to abuse, or otherwise temper with it. You acknowledge that the verification process includes us obtaining information about the mobile number You provide, and that we may use this information to contact Your network provided in case of any illegal activity appearing to be associated with Your Account. We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently block Your mobile number from creating or accessing your Account or pawsr.
We take your right to privacy very seriously and handle all information and data you share with us directly or by your accessing and using pawsr with great care. You consent to our collection and use of this information and data. For further details please see our Privacy and Data Policy.
pawsr is a photo- and video-sharing social network intended to provide a safe, inclusive and positive content platform for user-submitted content ("Content").
You agree to only submit Content related to your own pet, in accordance with the pawsr Spirit. Content containing any form of advertising or product placement is not allowed on pawsr. For any promotional opportunities please contact us to enrol on our partnership programme.
You are solely responsible for any Content you provide and your access of any Content on pawsr and you acknowledge your full responsibility to comply with applicable laws, rules and regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, You being responsible for any Content you post on pawsr being owned by You and you having, or having obtained, the right to post the Content on the pawsr platform subject to these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to remove any Content deemed or reported as infringing on copyright, trade marks or other rights held by other parties, Content violating our Content guidelines or the spirit of pawsr, or is otherwise deemed inappropriate.
You retain ownership of your Content posted on pawsr, but by posting You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, publish, reproduce and distribute Your Content or derivatives of it. This includes, but is not limited to, our making the Content available to the public or us using the Content, or derivatives of it, for promotional purposes. You can end this license anytime by deleting your content or account. However, content will continue to appear if you shared it with others and they have not deleted it.
pawsr provides a function for its users to report content deemed inappropriate or in violation of these Terms and Conditions, our Content guidelines or in contravention of the spirit of pawsr. Content reported to us via this function is inspected by us and, depending on the merit of the report, we may take action to amend or remove the reported Content along with action taken against the Content poster or reporter. Such action can include permanent account suspension, or in the case or illegal activity, us reporting it to relevant authorities.
Your access to and use of pawsr or any Content is solely at your own risk. You understand and agree that pawsr is provided to You on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
We make no warranty or representation and disclaim all responsibility and liability for: (i) the completeness, accuracy, availability, timeliness, security or reliability of pawsr or any Content; (ii) any harm to your computer system, loss of data, or other harm that results from your access to or use of pawsr or any Content; (iii) the deletion of, or the failure to store or to transmit, any Content and other communications maintained by pawsr; and (iv) whether pawsr will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from the us or through pawsr or any Content, will create any warranty or representation not expressly made herein.
We cannot guarantee that pawsr will always function as intended, without disruptions, delays or outages, however, we will use reasonable skill and care in providing pawsr. You acknowledge and agree that we cannot be responsible or held liable for any losses incurred by pawsr, your posting or access of Content.
By using pawsr you agree that Pawsr Ltd., its parents, affiliates, related companies, officers, directors, employees, agents representatives, partners and licensors, liability is limited to the maximum extent permissible in your country of residence.
You or we may end this legal agreement and these Terms and Conditions by You deleting your account or us withdrawing your Access.
